🔁 Refund & Cancellation Policy – Zam Zam Nuts

At Zam Zam Nuts, we strive to offer you a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations work.

🔄 1. Received a damaged or poor-quality item?

If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition:

  • Return the product in the same condition with the original box and packaging intact.

  • Once we inspect and confirm the issue, we will:

    • ✅ Issue a full refund

    • ✅ Refund any applicable shipping fees

🔄 2. Received the wrong item?

If you receive a wrong item:

  • Return the item in its original packaging, unused and sealed.

  • Upon receiving the return:

    • We will ship the correct item, or

    • If the correct item is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund

🔄 3. Changed your mind?

We understand that you may change your mind.

🛑 Before Shipping:

  • Cancel your order via your Zam Zam Nuts account or by calling us directly.

  • A full refund (including shipping, if any) will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

📦 After Delivery (within 15 days):

  • Items must meet these conditions:

    • Original sealed packaging and tags must be intact

    • For gift boxes, all components must be returned

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

💳 4. No Return /Replacement  or /Exchange 

  • No Returns Accepted – Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned.

  • No Replacement Offered – We do not offer product replacements under any circumstances.

  • No Exchange Allowed – Products cannot be exchanged after purchase.

  • Check Before You Buy – Please review product details and descriptions carefully before placing the order.

  • Damaged Delivery? – In case of delivery damage, contact us within 24 hours with photos/video for investigation.

  • Perishable Goods – Items like food, groceries, or personal care products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety.

  • Customer Responsibility – Ensure accurate address and order details to avoid delivery issues.

💳 5. Refund for Credit/Debit Card Transactions

  • Orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded automatically to your card.

  • If the order was shipped but not delivered, a full refund will be processed upon cancellation.

  • Delivered items eligible for return (after inspection) will be refunded excluding shipping fees.

  • Refunds will be credited in  7–14 business days to your original mode of payment.

💵 6. Refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be credited to your Zam Zam Nuts Wallet (Online Credits).

  • You can use these credits for any future purchases on our website.

📦 7. Missing Items in the Order

If any item is missing from your order:

  • 📸 Take photos and a short unboxing video on the same day of delivery

  • Share it with us at cs@zamzamnuts.in

  • After verification, we’ll send you the missing product
