If we cancel a successfully paid order before dispatch, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

The price applicable to your purchase will normally be the price displayed and accepted during checkout at the time the order is placed.

If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel because of such an error, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Coupons, promotional codes, free-shipping offers and other promotions may be subject to specific eligibility requirements.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash
• Certain products may be excluded
• Minimum cart values may apply
• Promotions may have expiry dates
• Multiple offers may not always be combined

Zam Zam Nuts reserves the right to cancel or restrict promotions where misuse, technical errors or fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected.

Orders must be paid using the payment methods available during checkout.

Payments may be securely processed by authorised third-party payment gateways or payment service providers.

Zam Zam Nuts does not intentionally store customers’ complete card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, banking passwords or similar confidential payment authentication credentials.

A payment may fail or remain pending because of the customer’s bank, payment provider, internet connection, technical issues or other circumstances outside our direct control.

If money is debited but an order is not successfully confirmed, please contact us with the relevant transaction information so we can assist with verification.

🚚 12. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping availability, charges and delivery conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Shipping charges are calculated according to applicable delivery conditions, including order weight and destination.

🎁 Current Free-Shipping Thresholds

Tamil Nadu: Free shipping on cart value of ₹2,499 or above.

Karnataka: Free shipping on cart value of ₹3,999 or above.

For orders below the applicable free-shipping threshold, weight-based shipping charges apply and the applicable amount will be shown during checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Courier delays may occasionally occur because of weather, holidays, transportation problems, serviceability issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

📍 13. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate:

• Customer name
• Shipping address
• PIN code
• Mobile number
• Other information reasonably required for delivery

Please verify these details before placing your order.

Additional charges may apply if a shipment must be sent again because of incorrect customer information, an unavailable customer, failed delivery, or another customer-related delivery issue.

↩️ 14. Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, cannot be contacted, refuses delivery, or has provided incorrect/incomplete information, the courier may return the shipment to Zam Zam Nuts.

If re-shipping is requested, additional shipping charges may apply.

Any applicable refund will be handled according to the circumstances and our Refund & Returns Policy.

❌ 15. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Please contact Zam Zam Nuts as quickly as possible if you need to request cancellation.

🔄 16. Returns & Refunds

Because we sell food products, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges after delivery simply because of a change of mind.

However, if you receive a:

• Damaged product
• Wrong product
• Missing product/item

please contact Zam Zam Nuts within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers are requested to provide clear photographs and preferably an unboxing video to assist with verification.

After verification, we will provide the applicable replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

💵 17. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the applicable/original payment method.

After we initiate a refund, the time required for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment service provider.

Zam Zam Nuts cannot control banking or payment-network processing times after a refund has been successfully initiated.

Zam Zam Nuts may provide website chat, automated support, AI-assisted product discovery or similar tools to help customers obtain information.

These tools are intended to provide convenient assistance.

Customers should verify important information such as:

• Product weight

• Shipping charges
• Delivery eligibility
• Final order amount

on the relevant product page or checkout before completing a purchase.

If there is a difference between information generated by an automated assistant and the information displayed in the final checkout/order confirmation, the final checkout and confirmed order information will apply.

Never provide passwords, OTPs, CVVs, UPI PINs or banking passwords through our chat service.
